If so, then we would love to speak with you!The MFC Engineering & Technology organization is a highly dynamic and growing organization that plays a vital role in providing our PAC-3 customer with mission-critical technologies using the latest and greatest available technologies.The selected candidate will contribute to the software engineering team through the software development life cycle from requirements analysis through final testing. They will work with domain experts to architect, define requirements, establish use cases, create sequence diagrams, design system components using Object Oriented methods, author advanced algorithms in language such as Ada, C, C, and document software designs and development.This candidate will work on cross-discipline teams of systems, hardware, software, and test engineers while supporting all phases of application development from concept through qualification testing.The candidate will be responsible for following the appropriate standards, processes, and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. The engineer will support technical leads with technical status and task schedules.Basic Qualifications:-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or other related discipline is required along with 9 years of professional experience;- Proven ability to lead large embedded software engineering teams in an agile team environment through full software life cycle development.- Proven engineering experience with Control Account Management, Earned Value Management System and reports, establishing and reporting against Integrated Master Schedules.- Ability to present status to the customer and engineering/program management.- Proven software development and architecture experience for mission critical military applications with a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant embedded real-time ADA and C professional experience.-The candidate must have a experience with software integration of Autopilots, Guidance and Navigation Functions, Tracking and Filter Data, Maneuvering modules, functional modeling, C programming, software engineering processes, and software product life cycle.- Experience with modern processor and board level architectures-Work on cross-discipline teams of systems, hardware, software, and test engineers while supporting all phases of application development from concept through qualification testing.- The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at both programmatic and technical levels with subordinates, peers, senior management levels and the customer- Travel as required- Candidate must have a Final secret security clearanceDesired Skills:- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering.- Proven Architecture Experience using modeling tools (i.e. Rhapsody)- Knowledge of 1553- Software Integration experience with FORTRAN simulations- Experience with Network Topology Configuration- Automated Test tools and Techniques,Modeling Tools, Static Code Analysis tools andEmbedded Applications desired.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
