You will work hands on to shape up the footprint of all AppDynamics products in your region, leading from the front seat to drive our explosive number growth and paving the way for market domination.

You will evangelize our scientific, leading indicator and metric-driven sales methodology, and drive adoption and expertise within your team to guarantee over-achievement against targets and quotas.

You will coach and mentor sales teams to close deals through world-class planning and preparation, developing and cultivating relationships with C-level executives.Who You Are:

3+ years of managerial experience with proven track record of growing, developing and leading software sales teams that smash quota, quarter by quarter. We actively hire the best - those who strive to push boundaries, to think bigger and act smarter, to face challenges without fear and take every opportunity to hone and improve their skills.

You have significant experience with MEDDIC as a leading indicator driven sales processes (highly preferred).

You demonstrate a true "value based" sales approach and have experience explaining complex ROI models to C level customers.

You’re a natural champion builder and go the extra mile to add real value.

You’re an entrepreneur - you run your region like a business and know that owning your team’s pipeline generation is fundamental to success.
