CNC Machinist- 1st shift

POSITION CNC Machinist RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate one or more CNC machines to produce custom components Meet high volume production/efficiency time and quality standards Think critically, analyze problems, effectively troubleshoot to make decisions in a collaborative manner Setup, adjust and change barfeeder channels Identify program operations, decipher for correct part features and make first piece Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Highly motivated Minimum of four years experience Practical shop mathematics and intermediate to advanced skill level in trigonometry GD & T Speeds and feeds for cutting tools and material SPC, inspection techniques and equipment Fanuc control functions and their options Adaptable, communicates effectively and works well in a team Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push and pull
