HR Case Managers needed - REMOTE position!

Our large e-Commerce client is looking for a team of HR Specialists to join their Disability and Leave Services (DLS) team in the HR Services organization. This team is building a best-in-class case management program to deliver leave of absence, disability and accommodation services to their employees across the U.S.Job Description:The DLS Case Manager provides case management for all types of leave of absence and disability life events.The DLS Case Manager is highly skilled in answering questions, understanding the employee's situation, applying the appropriate benefits, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paves the way for a connected and trusted case management experience.Case Managers are the single point of contact for an employee throughout an entire leave of absence or disability event.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.2 years of experience as a case manager using case management systems, reviewing cases for eligibility, determining the appropriate benefits that apply to a specific situation, and establishing/executing a case management plan. 6 years of experience will qualify in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.One year of experience in Human Resources or customer service in a leave and/or disability field can be substituted for one year as a case managerExperience in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPointTHIS POSITION IS 100% VIRTUAL.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
