Field Service Technician - Richmond Int'l Airport (RIC)

A well established company that supports Security & Detection Systems equipment at airports and secure facilities is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician in Richmond, VA to support operations at the Richmond International Airport (RIC).The Field Service Technician will perform scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on electronic and electro-mechanical explosives detection equipment in and around the Richmond, VA area, the vast majority of the work will be performed at the Richmond International Airport. The Field Service Technician will respond to emergency and non-scheduled maintenance and repair calls for service within established response time goals. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and providing excellent customer satisfaction. The Field Service Technician will be responsible to complete all scheduled maintenance within required deadlines and to document and submit paperwork for inspections, maintenance and repair work.The most qualified Field Service Technician will have experience as an electronics technician, maintenance technician, avionics technician or will have experience performing similar electronics troubleshooting and repair activities. The field service technician must have electronics troubleshooting and repair experience for consideration. Extensive training for the specific equipment to be maintained and repaired will be provided and ongoing troubleshooting support is available to Field Service Technicians.
