The Credit Clerk should oversee collections, take payments, and answer incoming client calls.To be successful as a Credit Clerk, you should possess exceptional investigative skills that are backed by sound judgment. Ultimately, an outstanding Credit Clerk should have excellent communications skills so that they can gather important information from clients.
Answering incoming client phone calls and asking clarifying questions.
Overseeing collections - very light (roughly 6-7 days per month).
Taking payments over the phone and setting up light payment schedules.
Handling any clerical work that comes up like entering information into the system
Ability to move between multiple tasks and switch at any given moment.
Go with the flow attitude and understand that not every day is going to be the same.
Someone that is deadline driven.
Realestate exposure/experience ideal.
Ability to think on your toes and always looking for better solutions.
1+ years of customer service experience is ideal.
