Mortgage Lender - Support

DescriptionRemote Mortgage Loan Support Specialist needed for 3 to 6 month assignment. The Mortgage Loan Support Specialist could work remotely after a period of training in-office. Ideally this candidate would have knowledge on Fannie and Freddie, FHA, VA, & USDA. The Mortgage Loan Specialist may participate in any area of the mortgage loan process outside of underwriting. Experience with taking loan applications, ordering titles, ordering appraisals, checking income and assets a plus. The Specialist would also need to have the ability to multi-task and work independently. Specialist would also participate in reviewing loan packages for accuracy and completeness and have the ability to communicate effectively over a wide audience of stakeholders including but not limited to Underwriters, Loan Officers, and Borrowers.Requirements-Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac,-FHA Loans
