Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking an Infrastructure Accounting Manager - Global Data Center Construction who can move fast and learn quickly to help scale processes and solve accounting issues for our fast growing data center portfolio. You will be able to work well with cross functional teams, provide accounting and process guidance for decision making, as well as being able to manage a significant portion of Facebook’s infrastructure investment on our balance sheet. You will recognize how to strike a balance on getting the details right while still moving fast enough to support the rapid business growth. The successful candidate will be a highly driven, focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels.Required Skills:

Manage end-to-end accounting processes for Facebook’s Data Center Construction projects.

Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing construction agreements in order to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Infrastructure Business Partners in order to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance and best practice recommendations to enable process changes.

Work closely with financial planning and other finance teams to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP and internal policies through effective communications and globally coordinated execution.

Manage some of our key SOX controls as well as providing input for audits performed by business partners, internal auditors and external auditors.

Understand how systems work to drive improvements and automation where possible.

Lead and manage a team of Accountants in multiple locations by setting overall objectives, allocating appropriate resources for programs and projects, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of financial reporting and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

9+ years of accounting experience in a high growth environment

Technical and operational Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Experience in optimizing or designing new and existing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion

CPA or equivalent
