Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: As the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Infrastructure, you will develop strategies to increase the volume of skilled applicants and hires from underrepresented backgrounds, support the advancement of internal talent, and continue to build an inclusive workplace for Instagram.We are seeking a seasoned, team-oriented diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to influence, design, implement and execute programs, Key to this role is the ability to advise the organization in best in class D&I practices and partner and integrate D&I within US sites, organizations, HR (people) and recruiting processes within a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact.The ideal candidate will be a highly strategic operator with a successful track record in fast-paced companies.Required Skills:

Be a trusted advisor to leaders.

Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies in partnership with HR and Recruiting leaders as it relates to finding, growing and keeping diverse talent.

Influence better decisions related to people practices and HR priorities through compelling data, analysis and recommendations for Infrastructure business that aligns with the company's people first values.

Apply advanced Diversity & Inclusion knowledge while leveraging core work from other team functions.

Leverage internal and external partnerships to support solution design.

Be able to leverage comprehensive knowledge of the business company-wide.

Collaborate with partners across orgs and sites to develop and drive programs across candidate channels and internal communities.

Lead and track projects across Infrastructure that connects to work from Diversity team, HR, Legal, Recruiting, and People Analytics work streams.

Create, implement and execute innovative Diversity solutions using business acumen and industry expertise.

Be responsible for independent issue spotting, solution design and implementation.

Appropriately manage risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives.

Build a broad internal network of productive working relationships based on intended impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years experience in D&I, Recruitment, HR or Talent Management

Skilled in translating external and internal trends into innovative and creative practices

Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies

Experience processing information and building solutions to challenges and approaches to opportunities

Experience with research and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan

Proven track record of facilitating organization-wide initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills exhibited at all levels within an organization

Experience building out programming in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
