Job Description

The Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager will assist in leading the planning and implementation of high-quality initiatives and events, ensuring all required action items are thoughtfully executed. As a member of the Inclusion & Diversity team, the Program Manager will manager with various internal and external stakeholders around the world to execute Visa’s global diversity initiatives.Responsibilities: Assist in development and design of impactful global diversity programmingo Establish project plans, deliverables and timelines for execution of activities and eventso Support and oversee all program requirements including logistics and communicationso Conduct post program evaluations Partner with employee resource groups globally to ensure governance, support budget & charitable allocations, manage distribution lists, serve as a D&I point of contact and support marque events Rollout inclusion & diversity training plans globally Develop communication & marketing materials, including social media content for events and programs Assess, negotiate, and manage Visa partnerships with external diversity organizations to provide diversity-related tools and resources to employeeso Coordinate and manage Visa representation at external diversity conferences and eventso Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to solicit necessary approvals and regular feedbacko Partner with group admin to process purchase orders and route invoices for paymento Procure and ship materials for D&I conferences / tradeshows and events (i.e. booth/display, marketing collateral, etc.) Support establishment and maintenance of a centralized repository of D&I tools, resources and D&I Calendaro Coordinate with various groups and stakeholders to maintain global diversity calendar Develop metrics to measure impact of initiatives and make recommendations for further improvements Support other members of the Inclusion & diversity team by carrying out ad hoc assignments as needed:o Including researching, reporting and creating presentations for meetings as required

Qualifications

Basic:

  • 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience
  • 4 years of program and project management
  • Passionate about inclusion & diversity, employee development and engagement; experience in inclusion & diversity preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to work and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creativity and strong communication skills (research, writing, editing, presentation and speaking).
  • Strong interest in and willingness to learn and stay current with latest trends
  • Ability to work both independently and as a strong, supportive team member.
  • Confidence and ability to express ideas/opinions and offer communication ideas/recommendations in a diplomatic way.
  • Ability to establish and build effective, lasting relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to adapt to and learn new software programs/systems.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.

This position requires the incumbent to be available during core business hours

This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0-10% of the time.

Work Authorization:Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.Location: Foster City, CA with the ability to work in the SF office ad-hoc/as needed.Relocation assistance will not be offered
