A well-established commercial property management company based in Westerville is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team!

-Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

-Responsibilities include completing daily work orders, building inspections, preventative maintenance, exterior repairs and various tasks.

-Must be customer service oriented.

-Must be detail-oriented and a fast-paced worker.

-Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

-Must have own tools.

-Must have clean driving background as company van will be provided for use during work hours.

-Must be able to work an on-call rotating schedule.

-Uniforms provided, cell phone provided, medical, dental and vision insurance.
