Paradise SuperStore is seeking a Sales Associate for our rapidly growing indoor gardening retail store in Grants Pass, OR. We are the best and most popular store for growers in the area, established for over 15 years. The ideal candidate will have hands on knowledge of growing plants and indoor gardening products. They will be able to offer great service and advice to our customers. Must be reliable, self-motivated and organized with a desire to learn and a love for plants.

Duties will involve assisting customers with product selection and checkout, maintaining plants and hydroponics systems, stocking shelves in the shop and warehouse and cleaning. Some lifting of heavy products is required.

- Experience working in a retail store is preferred.

- Experience with indoor gardening, outdoor gardening and/or hydroponics is preferred.

Compensation based on experience.

The position's current schedule is approximately 24 hours per week, four 6 hour days. Store hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm seven days a week.
