Us: Toolhouse is a digital marketing agency that solves complex problems in innovative ways for large-scale clients. We pride ourselves on our technical expertise—and use it to unlock data and knowledge for our clients, which become the foundation of our creative strategy and execution. We are a tight-knit team of passionate strategists, designers, developers, writers and out-of-the-box thinkers with a common goal: to create uncommon solutions and have fun doing it. Our clients are leaders in the healthcare industry, with high expectations that we take pride in exceeding.

You: You have an innate passion for the latest technology and its application to marketing. You’re tuned into the digital lifestyle but have the ability to separate the game-changers from passing fads. To top it off, you excel at working with a diverse team to stay focused on the big picture—even when you’re neck-deep in the details.

The Job: Omnichannel Marketing Technology Strategists are responsible for assisting clients in adopting modern marketing systems and techniques to meet their marketing needs. This includes evaluation, selection and design of appropriate infrastructure and systems; developing operational models and programs to support marketing capabilities; driving organizational change to encourage the adoption of modern marketing best practices and technology; and assisting marketing teams to design campaigns that take advantage of marketing technology and data. You will also serve as an omnichannel technology consultant, collaborating with internal and external project teams to solve problems and craft exceptional customer experiences and interactions.

The Location: You get to live in Bellingham, Washington. We remodeled an old cannery on Bellingham Bay and kept the kitsch while adding some kick. Nestled between the rugged Cascade mountains to the east and the San Juan islands to the west, we sit at the doorstep of endless outdoor fun. Do you like to snowboard? Sail? Shop? Bike? Run? Hike? Fish? Listen to live music? So do we. And that’s just on Wednesday. Bellingham is only 45 minutes from Vancouver, BC and 90 minutes from Seattle. We work hard, we play hard, and we have a great view. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all positions are currently remote work from home.

We offer full benefits, including medical, dental, vision and 401K contribution matching.
