Patient Registration Clerk/Administrative Assistant (Hagatna, GU)

HagatnaMED Clinic is expanding and we're seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

Patient Registration Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Prior experience working in medical office REQUIRED REQUIRED REQUIRED. Please do not submit your resume if you have no medical clinic experience.

Knowledge of local and national insurance plans, Rx formularies, plan exclusions

Computer skills a must

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to think critically and solve problems

Detailed-oriented and capable of multi-tasking

Customer service focused, knowledge of formal phone etiquette

Professional and courteous

Knowledge of health insurance plans

Can thrive in a dynamic, fast-past environment

Pleasant, energetic and friendly disposition

Focused and detail-oriented
