Adult Entertainment/Novelty Company seeks ECommerce Manager/Amazon & Retail Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Spearhead Amazon sales initiatives to meet and exceed assigned revenue and margin goals
Drive overall FBA strategy
Develop and execute Amazon sales strategies. Responsible for forecasting, P&L management and driving market share gains.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on online marketing and selling performance
Customer Acquisition: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to acquire new customers
Meet and exceed channel revenue and gross margin goals through effective account management, pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
Gather and analyze marketplace data to identify consumer & shopping trends, new product ideas. Must have a demonstrated understanding of data collection and analysis
Analyze Amazon's digital shelf and competitors, identify gaps opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
BA in business, marketing or a related field required
4+ years of experience with ecommerce digital sales and marketing
Amazon sponsor ads experience
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Google Analytics
Previous experience in sales, eCommerce (Amazon, BigCommerce, Walmart etc.)
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; able to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment, excellent time management skills
