It all begins with you.Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office (DCBMO) is currently seeking several Business Support Consultants to join the newly created entity. This is an Individual Contributor role that requires knowledge and experience with consumer credit bureau consumption and/or associated laws (FCRA, FACTA) and processes.Primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Identify and partner with business stakeholders to understand existing credit bureau data consumption landscape and evaluate business processes and practices to ensure alignment with FCRA regulations. Consults with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and potential business performance improvement opportunities for the applicable business functions. Such consultation may include discussion of alternatives, enhancements, and/or downstream process or regulatory implications. May present to senior leaders or executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements. Utilizes knowledge of the business unit's functional area or products to support strategic initiatives for the business. May provide guidance and/or support to peers. Support consumption activity oversight for multiple business groups across multiple Lines of Business.Functions supported may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, legal and regulatory adherence, reporting and analysis, process improvement (example: may include downstream training initiative identification and enactment), communications, operational efficiency (example: process, controls, and/or financial).Locations: Preferred locations are Des Moines, IA, Chandler, AZ, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Fort Mill, SC but will consider other locations within the Wells Fargo footprint on a case by case basis.Important Reminder When Applying: Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.Required Qualifications:

6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Financial services experience

Risk management and mitigation experience

Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking

Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
