Join our mission today.Role Responsibilities:Perform radiographic tests to confirm quality or detect defects on rocket motors, small ordnance items and miscellaneous hardware.Set up, maintain, and operate radiographic equipment.Read and interpret indications and evaluate these indications with reference to standards, specifications or other related documents.Provide reports and analysis of radiographic examinations, as required.Set up, maintain, and operate radiographic equipmentProvide reports and analysis of radiographic examinations, as requiredAnnotate processing documentation as necessaryBasic Requirements:Experience with Ordnance, Aerospace oraviation stronglydesiredExperiencein ManufacturingX-Ray field is a plusGood interpersonal communication skillsCandidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalentExperience with digital/computed radiography is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprint and engineering drawings and be able to document non-conformance as requiredAbility to lift up to 35 poundsCandidate must meet vision and color perception requirementsWillingness to work overtime as requested and non-standard hours, including weekends and holidaysHave the skills and knowledge to carry out necessary preparation of parts before and after inspection in accordance with approved work instructionHours:Hours will be from 2 PM - 10 PM Monday - FridayNote:Background check and drug screen required (every external new hire in the U.S.)Drug Screens for re-hires only performed for previous employees who have been gone from the company for more than 1 yearSome of our competitive benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds and separate employer retirement contribution Tuition reimbursement Life insurance and disability coverage And moreRaytheon Technologies is An EqualOpportunity/AffirmativeAction Employer.
