Project Manager - Strategic Business DevelopmentRound Rock, TXOur Member Purchase Program team is a strategic function within our consumer sales organization. The team is focused on developing new business opportunities and interacts directly with customers both internal and external on a daily basis. Our Strategic Business Development – Project Management role is responsible for working with our leadership team to develop new and innovative ways to reach our consumer customer base and helps to define strategy and set direction for the business. You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enable our team to drive sales by working cross functionally to develop new program capabilities, improve processes, remove obstacles & report on performance.Key Responsibilities:

Structure problems using a storyboard-like approach with limited guidance, develop hypotheses in concert with business partners, test using analytic models, and present findings to key decision-makers

Analyzing existing operational performance to create plans for continuous improvement in quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare and deliver executive-level updates to leadership and project stakeholders

Support forecast model development and day-to-day insight generation for core service volumes

Conduct primary research and support thought leadership development for internal initiatives

Be the “subject matter expert” for our enablement tools to maximize the organizations potential

Build relationships with cross-functional partners to increase collaboration and effectiveness

Skills Required:

Independent problem-solving and ability synthesize actionable recommendations for executive consumption on tight timelines

Experience working with large data sets using appropriate analytic methods

Well-rounded understanding of the business landscape, including exposure to market / route / channel dynamics

Project management skills to engage in multiple simultaneous work efforts

Identify areas of inefficiencies and create actionable processes for improvement

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in related field

8+ years of experience in related field or occupation

Master’s degree preferred
