APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Hamilton)

APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Mercer County, NJ. Part-time or possible full-time maintenance tech needed for small complex. Must have 1-3 years’ experience in maintenance related work. Duties include turning over of units, maintaining lawns, keep sidewalks and steps free of ice and snow in specified locations, appliance installation, assist with plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning system, electrical repair and wiring of outlets, plumbing repairs – toilet, sinks, tubs, hot water heaters, install sheet rock and tile, frame and hang sheet rock, doors, etc., painting/turnover skills etc., install cabinets, counter tops, flooring, etc. Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle and own tools. Position requires the ability to be on-call.
