DescriptionOur Oakland County Banking Client is looking for at LEAST 3 Mortgage Underwriters.The Underwriting Support Staff position is responsible for providing support to the Underwriting Staff. You’ll be responsible for ensuring real estate loan applications are completed with all required documents submitted correctly and loan files are in accordance with the latest investor guidelines and industry standards. Tasks include receiving new loan submissions, set-up, stacking and preparing for the Underwriting process, conducting Pre-Audits, ordering appraisal reviews, and any other tasks as deemed necessary by the Team Lead and/or Underwriting Manager. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional who wants to play a key role on a winning team. Processing background in a retail environment

Understanding of documentation

Encompass or other LOS understanding

AUS understanding, 1003 tree, make sure all the documents in place
