This job is not for everyone as I'm looking for HIGHLY motivated people that can paint, minor electrical and plumbing, basic general maintenance, minor landscaping, hauling, etc. You must be able to work independently and take direction in a fast moving organization. Must be able to face challenges and meet deadlines. In other words, you must be reliable! You must have reliable transportation!
Monday-Friday day shift. Weekends are optional.
MUST be kind, courteous and professional at ALL times!
MUST be punctual!
MUST be drug/alcohol free!
MUST have your own tools!
