Multi-Family (Apartments) Positions Available (Midland, Texas)

HomeSpring Residential Services currently manage over 4,200 units, specializing in the management of Senior Properties, conventional properties as well as all forms of affordable housing, including those financed with either tax credit and private activity bonds or tax-exempt bonds. We currently have open positions (office and maintenance) at our 206-unit apartment community located at 1509 Wayside Drive, Midland Texas 79701. Open positions include:

- Community Director: 3 to 5 years experience in property management required. Tax Credit/Affordable highly desired. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who learns quickly and is ready to jump right in to meet aggressive goals and be part of a winning team. - Leasing Consultant: Experience highly desired, but not required as we will train you. Strong customer service experience is highly desired.

- Maintenance Director: 3 to 5 years experience in apartment maintenance is required. HVAC certification is required.
