The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources and assisting current employees with various needs and requests.
Assist with benefit and FMLA questions in the absence of the Benefits Coordinator or HR Manager
Serve as an advocate of Working For Life
Administer the internal job bid system and transfer process
Respond to employee phone calls and emails accordingly
Maintain accurate data through filling, scanning, etc.
Assist with keeping bulletin boards updated and professional
Administer the administrative functions of the unemployment process
Process employee change forms and terminations
High school diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work overtime when needed
