This position primarily focuses on the production of content for both online and live training educational purposes. This role will be expected to partner with subject matter experts, key stakeholders, project leaders, regulatory and compliance, and management in order to create, enhance, or augment the educational materials. This role will utilize a wide array of instructional design tools to record, edit, and deliver content. This role will also be expected to manage their projects from start to finish. They will set action plans, implement best practices, set timetables and benchmarks, and set project priorities in line with the business needs. Additionally, they will be expected to work, when needed, with vendors and external project developers to meet project goals. This role may also be called on to assist, or support, directly for live curriculum and program delivery.WHAT YOU’LL DO

Designs, develops, posts, delivers, manages, updates and maintains computer-based training.

Oversee the research, conceptualization, development, and creation of templates and standardization of the appropriate technical infrastructure required to store and deliver computer-based content to its audience.

Convert ILT classes into dynamic, interesting, effective, and engaging course that can be delivered as computer-based training and webinars; self-guided as well as instructor guided.

Works with management in developing and deploying new ways to deliver training using educational technology.

Designs and produces complex interactive projects using appropriate design methodologies including storyboarding, scripting, narrating, recording, designing graphics, building descriptions and instructions.

Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGRequired

Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) In Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Business, or related. Or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum 5 years:

Principles and best practices of online education and instructional design.

5+ years experience in developing Learning Management Systems, SCORM compliance, and authoring tools (such as Articulate).

Experience implementing processes involved in interactive digital content creation.

Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

Demonstrated competency in video editing.

Ability to work within a team, and as an individual contributor, in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Strong project management skills necessary.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs of the business.

Super-user in Adobe creative programs is preferred (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Audition).

Ability to engage others and build relationships necessary to accomplish projects.

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels in the organization.

Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

Ability to travel approximately 15%, including internationally.

Experience using Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
