Duties include but are not limited to:

Greet and assist walk-in clients. Visitors are accurately recorded and proper personnel are informed of arrivals in a timely and efficient manner.

Answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.

Schedule Accommodation Signings and other reservations for conference rooms.

Operate and maintain office equipment, such as computers, printers, copiers, postage meters, facsimile, and switchboard.

Assists Branch Managers with administrative duties.

Assists with scanning of documents, branch deliveries, and other messenger duties.

Works individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

1 year of general office experience in clerical capacity preferred.

May require valid driver’s license with clean driving abstract, if driving deliveries are necessary.

Good organizational skills, multi-tasked, able to meet continuous deadlines and coordination between all persons involved with projects.

General ability to use Windows, Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel).
