Have you heard that “you need a college degree to get a job in the technology field?” Do you think you can’t land a high-paying job unless you already know someone who works there? Or have you been told that “technology jobs aren’t for people like you?”
At Catalyte, we built a company on a belief that some of the best technology professionals come from unexpected places. We find the people that others overlook. And we provide a software development training program, at no cost to participants, that teaches foundational elements of software engineering. Then, we hire successful graduates as entry-level software developers.You’ll work on client projects, surrounded by a supportive team of more experienced tech professionals who make sure you’re confident and ready to keep building your skills and a career.
We’re currently looking for people to join our next training class in Wichita, Kan., which will begin in Fall 2020. If you’re a curious and creative person who loves solving problems and being part of something bigger than yourself, we invite you to take our online screening to see if you might be a fit for us, too. What We Look For
●High school diploma or GED
●At least 18 years old
●U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. (Catalyte does not offer visa assistance or sponsorship)
How to Apply
First, complete our two-hour online screening. It has math, logic, reading comprehension and personality questions. Don’t worry about getting every question right; just focus on answering all the questions.
