$25-$27/HR DOE - EXPERIENCED LOADER OPERATOR (Ellensburg)

Requirements/ Qualifications:

· Prior experience operating heavy equipment, especially a loader

· Reliable means of transportation to insure arrival to work as scheduled

· Good attendance and punctuality

· Ability to take instructions from supervisor and perform duties as instructed

· Must work well with others including customers, supervisors & company ownership

Work Schedule:

Work week is Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays. Must be able to work a flexible schedule since start times may vary and often is very early depending on the time of year and the order requirements for that day. Finish times will also vary depending on the work volume each day.

Required:

1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment with a focus on loader

Conditions of Employment:

Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen.

Job Summary:

The Loader Operator moves material in the pit as instructed by supervisor in order to keep the plant operational and fulfill customer orders. Duties include loading trucks and any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Duties:

· Operate heavy equipment to include a Loader

· Load various different types of trucks and trailers

· Move materials around and feed plants quickly and efficiently

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent / GED Preferred

Compensation:

$25 - $27/Hour DOE
