Service Plumber $40,000 to $80,000+ /yr (Grass Valley)

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Nevada County area, a locally owned national franchise Company, is looking to fill a key role on our growing team. We are looking to hire service plumbers that can help grow our service plumbing team. You will have the opportunity to join a franchise company with a proven sales and delivery system in an our exciting market. The right candidates will have experience in residential plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater replacements, and many other service issues. Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing service calls for both residential and commercial clients.

2. Diagnose customer problems, provide solutions, present estimates and proposals, close sales, and perform the work.

3. Plumbing such as installations and/or repairs of: Water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals. Re-piping of water lines. Drain cleaning and operation of jetting equipment.

4. Maintain clean and neat vehicle, project a clean, well-groomed professional appearance at all times and treat all customers as the number one priority.

5. Be punctual and dependable. Will report to work promptly. NEED TO WORK 2 LATE NIGHTS (COULD BE UNTIL 11 PM).

6. Be the "go to" problem solver when technicians run into challenges or problems.

7. If needed, you may be asked to perform other duties as assigned. This may include duties that are outside of the scope of normal job duties

Required Qualifications:

1. Range of plumbing experience.

2. Valid driver's license with good driving record.

3. Have at least 2 years' experience in service plumbing.

4. Very familiar with residential and commercial service plumbing and can produce solid estimates of service work.

5. Strong communication, management and interpersonal skills and can work with a variety of different groups such as employees, customers and co-workers.

6. You are computer literate and understand (or can quickly learn) dispatching software such as Service Titan (or similar).

7. You are technically proficient with cable machines and jetter machines.
