Specialty Enzyme and Probiotics is looking for a Human Resource Recruiter/Talent Acquisition individual to work with management and assist to help the company grow to its full potential and staffing needs. This position will also assist with day-to-day generalist duties including payroll time sheets, maintain personnel records and documents, onboarding, administration of workers comp. and health benefits.
Duties also include assist with policy development and research with compliance to regulatory concerns.
Qualification requirements: Bachelors degree preferred in HR, 2+ years exp. as HR recruiter/generalist or equivalent.
Overall basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
Must have excellent research skills, knows how to use social media for talent acquisition-Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of work, take initiative with sound judgement, and a passion for HR a must.
