Operator 3

Aerotek is currently hiring for Operator 3 and Technician 1 positions for our electronics manufacturing and servicing client in Roseville. This client likes to promote within and give employees the chance to grow.Day Shift: $14-$156am-2:30pm (overtime depending on workload)Swing Shift: $14.70-$15.752:30pm-11pm (overtime depending on workload)Under minimal supervision, the operator performs a variety of tasks with various complexities to support production. May lead and direct the work of others.Responsibilities/Duties:

Assembles electronics according to product specifications.

Documents critical data such as damage, missing parts, model numbers and revision date codes.

Enters information on products into shop floor control system (if applicable).

Performs repetitive/routine set-up of production test equipment and performs simple tests.

Is able to properly and carefully handle fragile and delicate parts.

Using hand or power tools, assembles and/or installs various components where operation and sequence are specified.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

May assist with supervision in the training of new employees.

Other duties may be assigned.
