Responsibilities:

Handling email requests from clients within established service level agreements.

Follow pre-established guidelines and work-flow procedures on email responses.

Make outbound calls to customers to assist with software how-to questions around the process.

Troubleshoot issues customers may be experiencing with the Open Shop work-flow.

Provide feedback to leadership team on process improvements.

Assist our regular technical support reps with questions regarding the Open Shop work-flow.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience

Passion for technology/working with computers

Technical apptitude - troubleshooting experience
