Our Retail department is currently hiring for a Sales Associate. The role of the Retail Sales Associate is to

create a warm and friendly environment for guests to enjoy while on property.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets and welcomes guests as they come into the Wilderness Outpost.

Connects with guests in a friendly and meaningful way.

Provides guests with information and knowledge that they might now have realized they needed.

Makes every guest interaction a personal and seamless experience.

Educates self and guests on merchandise and events.

Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.

Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences.

Assists in operational tasks by actively maintaining the sales floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting room.

Partners with other departments to provide the best guest experience.

Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Maintains positive working relationships throughout The Resort at Paws Up.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework

1-2 years of Retail experience

Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driving policy
