Warranty Specialist (Seabrook/ Clear Lake/ La Porte)

Established home builder and winner of three Bay Area Builders Association "Builder of the Year" awards, is looking to hire a Warranty Specialist.

The Warranty Specialist should have at least two years’ experience in construction work. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Works closely with clients, Sales Counselors, and Construction Superintendents to identify workmanship and materials issues on new home purchases

Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and materials deliveries to resolve warranty issues

Submit requests for purchase orders and accurately code trade and materials invoices

Timely follow up on client concerns

Must be customer oriented

Warranty Specialists spend most of their day outdoors and may be required to engage in simple repairs or securing job sites. Experience with Buildertrend or other construction software is a plus.

Warranty Specialists work 5-day workweeks with occasional weekends.

Travel to and from various local job sites required. Group Health insurance, vehicle allowance, and retirement plan available.
