Logistics Coordinator - SWING and Graveyard (Whatcom County)

Logistic Coordinator

Location: Blaine, WA

Pay: $16.00 -18.00 per hour to start! Pay increases after probationary period!

Schedule: Weekend shifts may be included

Swing Shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm

Graveyard Shift: 10:00pm-7:00am

What you get to do:

Data Entry

Contact customers to update if issues arise during afterhours with product

Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues with a high level of customer service

Process Customs Border paperwork

Schedule drivers to pick up and deliver loads as well as update with changes in routes

Coordinate and manage product and deliveries

Dispatch drivers for shipment pick-ups and deliveries

Update shipment tracking system and maintain timely data integrity

Prioritize time sensitive cargo / shipments

Plan drivers accordingly to ensure freight needs are met and oversee expectations for accountability

What you need to be successful:

Customer service skills are preferred

Organizational and communication skills are preferred

Ability to multi-task
