ROCKSTAR Restaurant General Manager Position

Bibinger's is a gastropub specializing in Craft Old Fashioned's and a food menu that is 100% made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. Bibinger's is housed in a historically important building that dates back to 1846, which has been completely renovated but keeps to the building's vintage, rustic roots.

We are lookingfor a polished General Manager that has a strong sense of hospitality and customer service with a focus on the details. The General Manager will be responsible for continually defining and refining service at Bibinger's, as well as working in conjunction with the Executive Chef in making operational improvements. The General Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing of all FOH managers and staff and upholding service standards. The General Manager will also manage the floor during service, perform a variety of administrative duties, and work closely with the FOH and BOH management teams.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of General Management experience required

- Exceptional service skills, food and beverage knowledge required

- Proven ability to effectively uphold our team culture as well as manage and mentor other managers and staff

- Technical proficiency in restaurant POS, reservation systems, Microsoft Office strongly preferred

- Ability to create and implement FOH operational procedures

- High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred

- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and results driven

- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
