THIS IS A DIRECT HIRING AUTHORITY ANNOUNCEMENT.ResponsibilitiesYou will answer telephones and personal inquires based on knowledge of operations from records maintained.You will direct and transfer telephone calls to appropriate personnel.You will check patients into the clinic and prepare any necessary forms.You will maintain clinic appointments roster and patients Identification system on the Composite Health Care System.You will process medical records appropriately after patient visit.You will keep supervisors aware of their daily patient load and scheduling.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsIn order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience.
