In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Handling screening of candidates, interviews, on boarding new hires
Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements
Undertaking various administrative duties
Developing internal recommendations
Applying digital recruiting resources
Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
Assisting with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience working for a Staffing Agency or an extremely high volume organization is a HUGE PLUS
Experience recruiting for Security Patrol positions or Dispatchers is a HUGE PLUS
Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Foundational knowledge in Call Center Customer Service
Knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting
Proficiency in customer service
Solid understanding of High Volume Recruiting
-The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
