Automotive Title Clerk (Nashua)

Lovering Auto Group, including NH's largest Volvo dealer, as well as Best Auto Dealer in Nashua, Concord and the Lakes Region by BestofSurveys.com for well over six years, is looking for a full-time Automotive Title Clerk to join our team in our Nashua location. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position will have many different responsibilities as part of the accounting department for the Lovering Auto Group. We take pride in having a very friendly and team based environment.

Title Clerk Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accurate and timely submission of all state title work

Process paperwork from the F&I department.

Package and submit all contract paperwork to banks and track funding

Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.

Process daily receipts and ACH deposits

Process daily floor plan payoffs

Maintain and update daily reports to management

Process all Wholesale, Dealer Trades and Intercompany deals

Maintain CO's and titles for new and used inventory

Purchase new and used vehicle inventory

Process all vehicle warranties, extended service contracts

Stay up to date on all registration and title regulations

Reconcile Schedules

Assist with month end close

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must be organized and an ambitious self-starter

Knowledge of dealership procedures

Basic accounting knowledge

CDK experience is a plus

Maintains a professional personal appearance and neat work area

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to take initiative

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily

Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals.
