Heavy truck mechanic with bucket truck exp needed for project (Ft Worth)

We are looking for a heavy truck mechanic with experience working on hydraulic systems on bucket or boom trucks for a short project. We have a 2001 GMC bucket truck with a 50' MTI V5A-50IP-2TFE2 boom that needs work. The truck has the following issues:
Will not shift into gear (automatic transmission) which are probably electrical in nature. Transmission warning indicator on.
Coolant system will need work. Temperature is fine when idling but will overheat going down the road.
Cannot get hydraulics to engage. Outriggers would previously operate but boom would not. Now neither will engage.
We need to get the truck operational and ready to pass inspection within the next couple of days. We are willing to pay a good hourly rate for an experienced mechanic to work on this for us. We have another bucket truck we will be bringing back from FL soon that will also need to be inspected and worked on.
