Burlington's favorite dog daycare, boarding and training facility, Play Dog Play, is currently seeking candidates to join our highly motivated and enthusiastic front desk team! Full and part time positions are available now at both of our locations (Pine Street and Williston Road).

We are looking for applicants who are highly organized, have excellent communication skills (both on the phone and in person), and possess 2+ years prior experience in customer service.

Responsibilities for this position include (but aren't limited to!):

- Creating daycare, boarding and training reservations (via phone, email and in person) using our intricate, computer-based booking software.

- Accomplishing daily administrative tasks such as: greeting customers, checking dogs in and out of daycare, answering phone and email messages, scanning and filing paperwork, etc

- Assisting customers in our retail store by recommending products, answering questions, placing special orders and ensuring that products appear fully-stocked and organized.

- Leading dogs in and out of the lobby with confidence and expertise (basic dog handling skills will be included in your front desk training).

Full-time shifts generally run from 6am-2:30pm or 10:30am-7pm Monday- Friday, and 9:30am-6:30pm Saturday-Sunday. Part-time shifts are 2:30pm-7pm Monday-Friday, and 7:30am-10am Saturday-Sunday. At least one weekend day availability is required.

Weekend and holiday availability is required for this position. These are long-term, year-round positions that are available to be filled now.
