PREP/LINE COOK position available at New Mexico Tamale Company voted Top 100 Restaurant in 2020 by YELP. Applicant must have kitchen experience, be willing to multi-task, have a passion for food. During the Covid-19 crisis Restaurant is providing Curbside Pickup 5 days a week Tuesday thru Saturday. The position offered is for full time work working alongside Head Chef āGā. This job includes but not limited to prep cooking, line cooking & production line. The workspace is a relatively small space. Because of this, the ability to balance multiple tasks and communicate with other employees is the most important factor to success. This position involves 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. Schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday, OFF Sunday & Monday.
