About the Position:The position is critical in ground game for markets with bid and rebid. Stakeholder Directors lead ground game efforts in new markets and assist health plans with rebids. You will bring together various work streams, such as legislative, community relations, network, advocacy, tribal, specialized populations, policy, SDOH, etc. to provide a forum for sharing, tracking and monitoring activities related to engaging stakeholders. Additionally, you will build relationships with community and faith-based organizations that focus on serving target population(s). You will collaborate to identify opportunities to serve the market through pilots, programs, or other initiatives to support RFP development. This position will support Western Region markets, specifically TX STAR Health, NV and CA re-procurements as well as potential alliance opportunities in KS and NE. Candidates must reside in Central Time Zone, Mountain Time Zone or Pacific Time ZonePrimary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance.

Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.

Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field

10 years of related strategic planning, project and program management experience with knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry

5 years of experience in a senior management position; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

MBA preferred

Medicaid experience strongly preferred

Ability to travel up to 50% will be required.
