Registered Nurse

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to protect and promote health,

prevent illness and injury, and alleviate suffering through

nursing diagnosis and treatment. Demonstrates leadership in the

professional practice setting through oversight of the

interdisciplinary health care team to provide holistic care and

advocate for patients and families served.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

CA RN license

BLS

Education

Preferred:

BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program.

Department Specific Requirements

ACLS within one year of hire/transfer.

$5000 Sign-on Bonus

(Elgibility: Newly hired into the District with a

minimum of 1-year recent acute care experience)
