Direct Support Professional- Rutherford County

Make a living while making a difference!Merakey is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (Direct Care Workers) to join our Managed Long-Term Support Services (MLTSS) program in Davidson County.This position pays $11.00/hour while providing services to our consumers. Flexible scheduling is available between 7am-10pm ranging from 10 to 40+ hours a week. NO experience necessary . We provide paid training to include approximately 2-days in our Brentwood office followed by additional paid training that you will complete from home.RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Bathing, grooming, and dressing the consumer

Dusting, sweeping, cleaning of bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living areas

Laundry

Meal preparation

Errands

ABOUT OUR MANAGED LONG-TERM SUPPORT SERVICESFor over 15 years, MLTSS has been providing comprehensive care. We offer comprehensive services from Personal Care to In-home Companionship. Our person-centered approach is demonstrated through the implementation of a custom Clinical Care Plan and Home Safety Assessment.We provide assistance and support with several activities of daily living including to:

Bathing, dressing, and grooming

Toileting and incontinence care

Safe transfers in and out of bed and/or chairs

Meal preparation and nutrition

Light housekeeping and laundry

Appointments and errands

Medication reminders

Hygiene maintenance

Mobility assistance
