We are looking for a hands-on fulfilment lead to jump into this opportunity and wants to be part of a team that’s looking to help support a growing company.
Thus, the position will require, The overseeing and Implementation of end to end logistics for the fulfilment of all online orders. Manage the daily operations of logistics and material from international manufacturing location to the local customer along with any returns from the field.
Support the sales, marketing and web teams to ensure full material quantities arrive on schedule. Collaborate with other departments to implement methods to minimize poor customer experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
Institute tools to track inventory from the manufacturer to customer along with any associated returns
Able to manage a warehouse and warehouse workers cos- affectively
Manage operations of logistics and materials
Ship through SAAS platform - ShipStation
Understand Amazon and Paypal workings
Oversee inventory control
Take a lead role in managing the flow of materials within the system
Resolve shipment discrepancies between warehouse and customers
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize current/future processes
Ensure the availability of material and on-time deliveries
Create logistics budgets and report on variances
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations leading role - fulfilment/warehouse operation is a bonus
