Construction Project Engineer

Small General & Electrical Contractor doing federal work is seeking a candidate capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented; have above average interpersonal skills and have excellent follow-through capability. Project Managers and Quality Control on a project in all aspects of the general construction process

Position Expectations:

Solicit material & subcontractor price quotes

Prepare & maintain Project Book

Prepare and log all material submittals & RFI's

Assist in Project correspondence

Document and prepare change orders and change order requests

Assist in monitoring submittal log

Interact directly with Project Superintendents in the field

Minimum Prerequisites:

One (1) years experience of Construction Quality Control or Project Manager Degree, Microsoft Office, Excel project management and scheduling software application experience.
