Small boat crew (New Haven)

We are looking to add a part time crew member for booming in ships/barges in New Haven harbor and Bridgeport. Hours are sporadic and any time of day/weather, paid per job which is typically1-2 hrs long. You usually know ahead of time a day or two around when the ship/barge is expected. We also do some other things but this is the base job.
You must have basic boating experience, be able to lift/bend/pull/etc., work at any time of day/night (we can work around other jobs or obligations), and know how to handle a trailer. Boat/trailer maintenance is a plus.
