We specialize in advanced floor care, concrete polishing and janitorial services for our clients in the retail, food service, and hospitality industries. We are currently seeking team members to learn a skilled trade while being paid in an apprenticeship program within the Concrete Polishing division. The apprenticeship program allows individuals the opportunity to learn by both shadowing and hands on learning with crew leaders and division supervisors. This role involves tasks such as adhering to workplace procedures, following health and safety guidance, and completing tasking to gain qualification. Persons who are motivated toward company growth and personal leadership opportunities have the opportunity to advance quickly in the division and throughout the company. Apprentices exhibit an enthusiasm to learn and an interest in the sector of the trade. They will display an eagerness to build their knowledge and are willing to put in the effort to develop their skills in this high demand trade!

Current openings are a result of company growth in our concrete polishing division. All positions are team oriented and involve the ability to work effectively with employees and customers alike. Working hours are often long (10-12 hours at a time, with days occasionally up to 16 hours) and potentially unpredictable as we are often called on for emergency services. We are offering potentially full and part time opportunities with competitive compensation packages.

Applicants must be able to travel, adapt to changing priorities, and have a sharp attention to detail.

Apprentice Skills and Qualifications:

- Diligence: Dedicated to learning the trade and willing to put in extra time and effort to expand knowledge and experience.

- Time Management: Ability to meet hard deadlines and work with strict schedules while working alongside crew leaders and supervisors.

- Critical Thinking: Problem solving alongside supervisors to ensure problems are repaired quickly and efficently.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to follow instructions clearly and precisely, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and communicate problems while finding ways to resolve.
