Up to $45.80 an hour temp concrete, block, footer work (Columbiana)

Need qualified person(s) to:

Form foundation footer and pour footer

Lay block wall

Install drainage in building

Prep floor for flow to drainage

Install gravel for final level

Install foam board and metal rebar sheets with radiant tubing attached in 40x40 building, transition room and part of basement (Design provided)

Pour and finish concrete floor in building and partial basement

Tools and equipment provided as needed.

Ideal applicant shall show minimum 5 years experience in general construction as well as block and concrete finishing work. Knowledge of radiant tubing is not required. Block laying is minimal on this project. Must have reliable transportation and drivers license or advise in application. IMMEDIATE OPENING, DO NOT DELAY. Please email qualifications ASAP.

This is a full time position on a temporary basis. Money is paid via check or direct deposit, and taxes will be taken out.
