We are seeking an honest and reliable handy man/repairs/maintenance person to help with our properties. Skills required:
-Minor plumbing (ie fixing toilets, drips, leaks, shower heads etc)
-Minor electrical
-Drywall repair/replace
-Paint
-Fixing broken glass/windows
-Moving heavy items
-Ceiling Fan installation
-Installing dishswashers
-Groundskeeping
Other things needed:
Relability (be at a job when you say you'll be at a job)
Reliable transportation
No recent felonies or violent criminal actions
